It's all good until you have an issue with a piece of jewelry. I bought a very expensive bracelet a month ago and for some reason the bracelet would just fall off my wrist on it's on. Yes, I am very careful with my jewelry and I don't sleep or take showers in my jewelry. Anyway I took it back the 1st time and the owner tighten the lock. Then a couple days later had the same issue again and I took it back the second time. He replace the lock but, yet replace the lock with a fake piece of gold. There was no need to ask for a refund or an even exchange because that wasn't going to happen. They really are selling REFURBISHED JEWELRY people....PAY ATTENTION. They're CROOKS........

Purchased my daughter a gold rope chain less than a month ago. Needless to say it snapped with a lil thug. Got it fixed a day later broke called store guy says its nothing they can do. I will never buy anything from there again.

Spent thousands of dollars here and was never disappointed.... Was cleaning my new Miami Cuban link and pulled on it too hard and it popped.. Called Amin (got him on speed dial🤣🤣) he said have it dropped off tomorrow and he will get it fixed...... Always my brother.... Down to earth and about his bussiness Highly recommended to anyone who loves jewelry
