        When I was thinking about getting my Medicare supplement insurance in place before retirement, I had the opportunity to meet with Will at my home. He thoroughly explained the role that Bankers Life had in my supplemental insurance plan and soon I was signed up for both my Medicare and the supplemental component. All the questions that I had about the portion Medicare would cover and the portion the supplemental insurance would cover were quickly and expertly answered by Will. My husband also changed to Bankers Life from the plan he had been on after looking at the information Will presented to us. He has provided excellent customer service by following up to see how things were working out, and promptly got back with us when we had contacted him for anything we needed.

        Do not buy a policy from this branch, and do not let them recruit you as an agent. They violate labor laws, exploit their workers, and prey on elderly folks. Intimidation is one of their key approaches.
