We've been very happy with our service. We got quotes and follow up which is much appreciated and seldom done anymore. We are so happy with Assured Partners, they have gone out of their way to get our insurance needs covered which is no small feat in a small business.

We are really struggling with this company. They made a clerical error, our rates went up mid-policy cycle. I found out via email that there was a change and had to spend a lot of time on the phone trying to figure it out. I asked that they credit the difference for the remainder of this policy (mind you, it's not a significant amount) but this agency is willing to let us walk as a customer instead of credit our account because they made a typo. Retention isn't important to them evidently. TRULY disappointing.
