I was looking at changing my current auto, home and umbrella policies due to increasing prices. I went to Piedmont Triad Insurance in Greensboro and was introduced to EmmaLea Hicks. I called to get homeowners, auto and umbrella quotes and was told that only one agent per day is assigned to quote. Despite needing assistance right away, they would not guarantee a call back same day or offer for another agent to assist. Silly business model. I took my business elsewhere.
