We had a weekend emergency and I called 5 companies and they are the only ones who responded. They arrived in 30 min and we had Excellent work done by Chase Waynick!!! Im so grateful he was able to resolve the problem in less than an hour. Dependable, reliable and highly efficient. Outstanding performance!!!

To start off the technician was friendly so as far as dealing with them it was pleasant. Now to the not so pleasant part pricing I was quoted nearly a thousand dollars to clear a clog. And had to pay 90 dollars just to have someone give me a ridiculous price. I payed the 90 and declined any services from them. Contacted another company that came out and cleared the clog in 20 minutes at less then half the price and thats because I had to pay for after hour price because I called this company at 11 AM and did not have any e come out until 4:30 pm to give me a crazy high price, so it would have been even cheaper if I could have got them here during business hours. Just wish they were a little more forward with pricing before having to pay 90 dollars just to have them pull in the driveway.

Sadly I was seriously scammed by this company. Master Plumbers charged me over $13,600 to replace my well pump. Just for them to show up and find out what is wrong in the first hour they charged $750, no joke. They were at the house a total of 5 hours although I was charged for 7 hours of labor (I guess the extra 2 hours was for them to go get parts and eat lunch). While my bill was itemized there were no actual prices listed except for the final total. When I looked up all the parts and added them up myself it came to less than $3000, and that was using the most expensive pump and other supplies. I called to review my bill 7 times before getting a call back. When I did finally speak with the supervisor, Amy, it was a very circular conversation with her not able to explain any of the charges. She promised me she would get another supervisor to call me back and that was exactly one week ago. I called and spoke with 2 other area plumbers in the triad, one of which said he would charge me between $4500-6000 and the other said it would definitely be less than $6000. While I am so upset about being grossly overcharged I would not want this to happen to my parents or elderly person or someone with limited funds. I have definitely learned my lesson when choosing a plumber or any other service person. They kind of have you by the balls charging a dispatch and diagnostic fee so you feel reluctant to get another quote so its most important to get referrals from friends and choose wisely!
