Update today
Terrible warranty response time, Thanks giving eve issue and still counting days!!!
Staff is blindly over confident with the fact that they work for a large company and ok with threatening clients with their legal crew who has their eyes open I quote.
An example would be a smoker that doesnt work in the back yard but works in the front yard while on the same circuit!!!!
The Technician googled it he said!
Not only that, not even a call back!
Heres the thing:
If you want to burn 300k for a poorly wired townhouse, this is the place to be!
They truly have the nicest floor plans
If you want an attitude from your warranty agent, this is the place to be!
There is another Tesla Charger episode but Im not going to complain about it!
But yah, dont drive electric if you want to live here unless you live on a corner unit ( you can access/ install an additional circuit to a charger)
Otherwise, the electricity can barely have a microwave run, so you can imagine what happens if you charge a Tesla!!!

If you want to charge your car on a 110 outlet, I have to disconnect my garage heater lol
Only threats from their legal department if I dare to say my opinion of my own home :)

problems still exists since thanksgiving with 0 solutions provided
My walls already cracked garage floor cracked!
Very dark at night with no lights!
Congested parking and no real parking space.
Electrical issues.
Good luck getting a hold of the warranty agent.
Unprofessional staff except for Dustin ( hes great people)
No resolution!
They built them so fast, the earth is resting and the damage is becoming very visible!
