Home construction quality is good and built in quick time as promised . But there is no transparency and morality in Pricing . I feel cheated if I see my Neighbours's home upgrades offered in same total price . Options selection meeting was very bad where , they dont have bigger samples for colors etc . They show different options to different customers e.g. they never told us about ethernet connection for outdoor camera's or sliding door option in living room to us and given free of cost to just next house of my friend in same total price . Also charges for the options as sky high , might be 4 times than market if you buy personally .
All in all it was not very pleasant experience with the whole buying process . Location , good schools and good construction Manager and construction quality are some of the positives of buying here

Jamie Nicholls was a true joy to work with as we planned out many details and wishes for our home. We like the Honeycutt Reserve (Garmin Homes), the process is very smooth. Jamie is available whenever we have questions, and he has lot of patience. Design center also very helpful when we were not sure with selection and all Julie gave enough time to discuss and lee who build the house is very friendly. They always keep you in loop for all the construction updates. the house looks great now. The construction quality is good. We would suggest the builder to anyone.
