I have bought and sold 5 houses over the years and Anneliese is by far the best real estate agent I have ever used.   Anneliese is a true professional and knows her stuff.  She negotiated a great deal for me when I bought my last house.   Don't underestimate the importance of having a very knowledgeable real estate agent represent your interest.   Plus she is always accessible and will take the stress out of buying or selling your house.
