Dons company recently completed our two-car detached garage with an upstairs living area in May 2022. Don personally designed our garage based on our preferences and our existing home/lot layout. The quality and craftsmanship were exactly what we were hoping for. Don and his subcontractors did an outstanding job from start to finish and I highly recommend Iron Nails building if you are considering building a detached garage!

Contacted don for a quote to build a garage, he came out to the house we spent an hour and half going over things on a Thursday. I sent him over plans from a previous garage I had built and he said he would get back to me that Saturday with the quote. I received no response, and waited until the following Thursday to contact him giving him a week. He never answered any calls or texts, no contact what so ever. Ridiculous, glad I didn’t hire him.

I can't speak highly enough about Don and Iron Nail. It took almost 9 months before I was ready to build and Don never pressured me once. We went though numerous changes to the plans and Don was extremely helpful every step of the way. I could write a dissertation on how awesome, Don, is, but suffice it to say, if you're looking for a builder, look no further than Don @ Iron Nail. You won't be disappointed.

I had contacted several garage builders before getting in touch with Don from Iron Nail Building Company. I presented him with a custom design based on my own plans. I have in mind an oversized two car garage with a car lift sunken in the floor and upstairs living quarters. He was able to conceptualize, permit and build exactly what I was looking for. Even with several after-the-fact changes to the design to keep with the historic nature of the main house and neighborhood he was very accommodating and fair with the change orders. I would highly recommend Don for any work if you are looking for high integrity and on time and budget. Nobody else even comes close.
