1.0 star rating 5/18/2021 Don't do business with these people!!!! First of all I ordered 2 Tuscany chairs which are nice well made chairs. I then proceeded to order cushions which their website told me would fit these chairs...they did not. I talked to Sue a number of times and she did end up taking them back...so i could not find cushions unless they were custom make and cost almost $1000. I spoke with Sue again and again trying to find cushions they have to fit the chairs..I ordered 2 sets figuring I could take out a piece of foam and make it smaller..i was wrong. First...they do not have foam in these cushions..its some kind of cheap filler and Second...the cushions were way off in color. I called her and the manager would not take them back bc they did a one time return as a courtesy and then after that...false advertising, color issues become your issues and you are screwed and stuck with these awful cushions and a loss of money. I asked to take the chairs back since they lie about the cushions fitting and the manager said he would take them back if i paid $189 per chair for shipping..I tried to post a review on their site and said it had to be approved by management...what a joke...well he did not post it. There are no reviews because obviously he won't post the negative and i can't imagine them having any positive. I am going to post reviews every where i can and will never stop..hoping they lose the business that i lost in money and time spent. the cushions are so big that when i sit in the chair my arms can't rest on the arms of the chair...you can see the difference in the color..even much different in real life than pictures. after 2 weeks on the chair..there is a big sag in the middle!

This patio furniture is pricey and , as a result, its reasonable to expect it will last. Not so. Read their warranty carefully before you buy. First, they will NOT help you directly. You can only get warranty help by contacting the dealer you bought from. And you MUST have the receipt or no help! Hope also the dealer still handles this line or you're also out of luck. Most important of all is their professed 10 year warranty is not exactly that. The finish on the furniture (a baked paint finish) , the most likely item to give you trouble, is ONLY WARANTEED FOR 3 YEARS!! The crap at K Mart will last longer than that.

After a couple of seasons, "powder coated" finish began flaking.....this company would not stand behind their product. Would not ever purchase from this company, this was supposed to be our "forever" furniture.....NOT.
