        The most beautiful floral arrangements Ive ever seen! I can honestly say I have never been disappointed in any order Ive received. Mickey, Jessica and Jo are the best! Highly recommend!

        Excellent customer service and quality! The owner stayed open enough for me to purchase flowers for my wife after I called late. The flowers were a hit. She absolutely loved them.

        I do not know what has happened but I ordered an order that totaled $150 and it looks like I bought it at a grocery store for $69.99! I have ordered here for years! This used to be the best place around and the floral designer was amazing. I wish I could attach a picture. I feel insulted!!!!!! Is this under new ownership!?!? I am upset that I spent that kind of money!!!!

      Andrea, I am sorry you were disappointed. I will research tomorrow morning to try to determine what may have gone wrong. And we are the same owners for the past 25 years, same designing daughters for the past 18 years, plus my part-time designer who is runner up NC Designer of the Year. (He filled your order.) I'm also sorry that you did not call us about this, as I could have refunded/upgraded/replaced/discounted, etc. Instead, you're disappointed, and we're disappointed for you, and our small, hard-working, honest family business has this permanently-on-Google black eye. I look forward to getting answers in the morning.
