        Would give 0 if I could. Strongly would urge you to reconsider unless you like spending thousands only to finish the work yourself. We had flooring installed in July 2023. The crew was short on some trim pieces and needed to order more. Here we are nearing December and the job is still unfinished. Weve made several attempts to get a crew back to complete the work and fix a couple creaks where the glue didnt adhere properly. No luck. The only person who has shown any sympathy is Josh. Dont do it.
