Greensboro Fire Station 40

I'm guessing this was the department that helped me tonight, as it was in that area. Thank goodness for them. I was having a rough week, especially today...completely exhausted. Turned my car on and must have locked the doors by accident. Once I got my child strapped in and closed the door, I realized it was locked. Phone was dying and AAA (knowing my child was locked in and phone dying) kept pushing the arrival time back further and further. The cop got there very quickly, and he requested for the fire department to come help out so I didn't have to break my window. Last thing I needed was for her to get hurt or scared, and that inevitable large bill to replace the window. Thabkfully, its not hot out. Shoutout to ALL of them. They were quick and kind. Thank you guys for responding quickly and treating us with kindness. Very much needed today.

Very appreciative of the folks at this station who came out and assisted when we had a small fire. They were very thorough when investigating. They were also very patient with me as my anxiety was threw the roof from the situation that had transpired. They answered questions that my husband had, took the time to educate and provide recommendation on next steps to take. Thank you so much Station 40!
