When your 89-year-old mother lies in bed at night worrying about her finances, having been with Jeff Hill at Edward Jones since 2006, when your mothers account is nearly LESS than it was when she first started, Edwards Jones and Jeff Hill deserve less than one star review. Jeff Hill takes advantage of the elderly from my experience, especially the trusting ones, slowing detaching himself especially when the customer is not that proactive or involved with their own accounts, not meeting regularly nor explaining what investments are in the accounts as time passes on. Mushy mouth is the word my mom uses to describe Mr. Hill, him trying to explain why he is right, and you are wrong as my mom watches her portfolio deteriorate. Same scenario for Mr. Hills management of my Dads account who has since passed. When he lies that my dad used to stop by weekly to steal a chocolate and give his world view as he distributed my Dad's remaining funds, I can guarantee you that my dad had not seen or hardly heard from Mr. hill in years to explain why his account was nearly the same amount as when he first started also. Edward Jones and Mr. Hill have for sure made their own fortune because their programs are designed to benefit them and not you, try transferring your business away from them to verify this for yourself. Mr. Hill and the EJ organization are not the investment advisors that you should ever entrust with your life's finances.
