Med First Primary & Urgent Care

Update: Last couple of visits were better. Adding a star. As an urgent care its a good choice but not primary care. There is a great deal of turnover. Ive been a patient for a few years. Recently, had a situation that questioned for me their loyalty to patient care and safety. I had a situation and was blatantly ignored by the triage nurse asst who knew I was a fall risk. This nurse lack of care, concern or human decency is extremely concerning. The PA, Whitney was caring and compassionate. This situation was shared with her. Elizabeth at reception was very professional and friendly. I will be contacting MedFirst directly. Stay safe.

This has been my primary care location for a few years but they really disappointed me today. I made my appointment in person months ago but a change in their system triple booked last minute online appointments the same time slot as mine AND they were seen first. I waited an hour beyond my appointment time to be called back to the exam room and was then told it would be quite awhile longer before I was actually seen because of all those last minute appointments who got called back ahead of me. Not happy about this Pretty unhappy actually cuz I have to work tonight and haven't been to sleep yet. I'll likely be at least 5 hours past my normal bedtime by the time I get home at this rate And to top that off the nurse tried to convince me I needed tests that I wasn't even there for...

Olivia Jones is the best.I called there left message about what was going on with me.She called back in 5 minutes.Seen her 30 minutes later. That's service .
