        I called True Value to rent a powered drainer auger over the weekend. Everyone I spoke to was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were also willing to work with me on scheduling the pickup and drop-off of my equipment rental outside of my work hours. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be calling them the next time I need a rental.
