I thought this store was getting better but I was WRONG!! I called corporate office and told them about the phone never works or is busy, then on top of that I go yesterday and they are closed because of the SYSTEM IS DOWN!!! THIS IS NOT THE first time it's like clock work so I will go elsewhere...I go to other DG Systems are just fine

OUTSTANDING ALL-AROUND QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!
This Dollar General (DG) store has done a COMPLETE turnaround--FOR THE BETTER!!! Once again, I can enjoy shopping at this DG store. First, the parking lot is CLEAN! Second, inside DG the isles are clear (from front to back), floors are kept clean (swept/mopped), and most of all the SHELVES are STOCKED with PRODUCTS!
We (valued customers) owe this remarkable improvement (in part) to the dedicated, and sometimes demanding work done by TOMEKA AUDREY and TYESHA JOHNSON, part of Heidi B's (supervisor) team that I've had the absolute pleasure to interact with on several occasions. I genuinely appreciated the professionalism, kindness and thoughtfulness that TOMEKA and TYESHA always provide to not only me but also other customers every time I shop in this particular Dollar General store. TOMEKA and TYESHA are always willing to go above and beyond to answer my questions/concerns and ensure that my shopping experience at DG is enjoyable.
