Total waste of time and breath with Donetta Floyd. It took me a whole day to process my appointment with this ladyShould have stayed at home and googled my questions instead of making an appointment with her, I would probably benefit more from Google information. Choppy appointment with no conclusions. I felt not listened, judged for my eating choices,she was jumping to conclusions and quiet frankly- this provider is not equipped with adequate knowledge of the particular topic. 15 min after we started she seemed to be ready to open the door and let me go, thats the impression I got. Maybe it was my mistake also not to invest more time in searching for a provider who has the knowledge and understanding of my dietary needs. Anyway, hand down, this was the most unpleasant appointment of my life.

I had RNY almost 2 months ago and Alexis Scotece has been my dietician during this whole process. She is wonderful and truly cares about her patients. I can't recommend her enough! Nick has also helped and has been wonderful as well. Both are knowledgeable and very kind. Reading some of these reviews, I can say the receptionists have been nice and call several times to make sure you are coming and are aware about your appointment. They have a very strict policy about making it in time for your appointment and only have a grace period of 10 minutes. It's not their fault you're late.

Phil Aubel has been amazing. He's very knowledgeable, kind and professional. He's also extremely supportive and encouraging. I owe him much for all the help and guidance.

I give this place two stars because i loveeee my dietician Alexis I would give her 5 stars, but the receptionist that was in the front was super rude. I called in to let them know I was running a couple of minutes late and the Black older woman answered the phone and made it seem as though I couldnt be seen because of that. She stated that my dietician said my appt time would run into someone elses cutting my time short. This was just a follow up appointment so it didnt take but 15 minutes. I explained to her I had to switch my whole schedule around at work for the appointment specifically and I was only running late due to not having my vehicle on time to get there right at 4:45 i stated I would be there at 4:49 at the latest . Her next appt wasnt until 5:15. The way she was answering me sounded like she was frustrated and she stated I was getting snippy with her. I explained to her i was only explaining my situation to her and letting her know why I was running late. She then repeated Well it sounds like your getting snippy with me. I asked this woman for her name and she stated I DONT HAVE ONE! With a terrible attitude and tone of voice that was totally inappropriate. I said maam Im not even that type of individual and she said we will see you when you get here and hung up the phone. She avoided me when I came into the office and I spoke with the other receptionist who was super nice and willing to help me. I will have to say I have NEVER been treated like this from a cone health employee before but this lady needs to get out of this office if she cant represent the company with dignity and respect. As a receptionist you are the face of this office and your making this look like a bad place of business. I will be reporting her to the team that handles these situations within cone health .
