If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!! Do not go to this place!! I had an episode today. I have a heart condition called svt and I called the on call doctor he told me to come in at 2:30pm he told me my symptoms were related to a heart attack. I got there at 2pm because I felt so bad. I waited 45 min just sitting there literally crying in so much pain, they let 3 people go in front of me. Like if I was apparently having heart attack symptoms like y'all said I shouldve been seen first. These people do not care about your health they care about that check they get. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Learn to care about your patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lalonde for at least 40 years. He knows me, listens to me, and has great followup, even when I forget things. I would recommend him highly to anyone seeking a primary care physician. During my tenure, he shows that he is concerned both for my physical AND mental well-being, and his caring attitude , and sense of humor, both shine through. The nurses and assistants have always been kind and nurturing. Special shout out to Diana, the practice manager. She knows why. And the front office staff (yes, including Lilly) are amazing, kind, courteous, and professional in all they do. This is an amazing place to be if you need care. PS MyChart is just the icing on the cake!
