    Highly disappointed in service from this location. I begin coming in January and since my visits have either been screwed up in scheduling or down right dissatisfying in customer service, professional, & quality. My second appt I was told I would be getting a cleaning and a fill in done that day, it did not happen instead they took more X-rays and told me they messed up. The 4th visit most recently on March 21st down right disgusting, however I was calm and polite throughout the whole visit. When I left and describe the events to others they were horrified. Initially I was scheduled for 3 fill ins that day and only received 1 fill in for the 3 hours I was there, in which on several occasions I was left in the room laid back in the chair unattended and I even had to reach for the suction tube to drain my own salvia before I choked!! The 1 fill in I did get done that day, felt rough was not smoothed. That visit pretty much set the tone for how this last visit that I walked out on was going to go. Because immediately I asked how many fill ins were going to be done today , and the dental assistant told me two but in the same instance told me how overbooked they were that day and it was only one dentist. The bottom line is the place is overbooked no organization or structure to scheduling which in turn compromises the quality of service you are giving to each patient and that is unfair services I will not continue to tolerate.

    I wish I could give this place zero stars. Starting with my appointment I was informed my appointment would be on a set day at a set time which I confirmed through text. I then received a follow up text saying my appointment had been moved to almost a month later. I called to ask why and they said I received a text saying my forms should've been filled out by a certain day and time (I didn't receive this text). However, I was able to get my appointment back. I showed up to my appointment ON TIME but i still had to wait an hour. Maybe it's my fault that I thought giving myself two hours would be enough time to get to my next appointment. Despite the fact that I waited an hour to get called to the back, I still had to wait 45 minutes to see the doctor. It has now been an hour an 45 minutes and nothing has been done but x-rays. I hope I never have to come back to this place again. Terrible way to set a first impression.

    I am just exhausted after dealing with dental suite. I never leave reviews that are negative but I cannot get a conversation with anyone about billing. I needed fillings so I called in and asked them to check with my insurance. I was told what it would be and set up an appointment for over a month away so I could save up the money. I showed up, asked again if it was ran through insurance, they said yes and charged me $88.80 for one filling, saying that was the cost after insurance. I asked specifically if they contacted my insurance company and they said yes. I then got charged the entire cost because they did NOT check with my insurance and then the bigger nightmare began. I have continuously tried to get in touch since November and they would not let me speak to anyone, said I had to submit a form online and I would get a call within 5-7 days. The call never came. I called back and said Id get a call back. The call never came. I texted their texting line and said I would have no choice but to escalate at that point if I did not get a call back. I got an email from the owner simply saying theres no way we can predict an insurance company having a one year waiting period. According to my insurance company, they NEVER called for a pre-approval on service coverage as they told me they did and they absolutely would have been informed of the one year waiting period if they were to call. I wrote back and told her of all this (which was also disclosed in the form I wrote online), and she has not gotten back to me. They have also now charged me a collections fee for $30 when I CANNOT GET ANYONE TO HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH ME. This is beyond frustrating and beyond unprofessional. I have never felt so disregarded as a client in my life. Aside from a rude receptionist who refused to take a number down to get a message to billing (which is evidently the owner), the entire situation has become a nightmare that no one will address. If they actually choose to address the issue, I will update this review. As of now, especially reading that others have had the same issues and more, I cannot recommend this dentist to anyone.

    If you want a dentist who works on you like you are a member of her family D Strickland is the one for you. I am not a big fan of dentist but in Dr. Strickland office they are very caring and she tells you what she is going to do and she was very gentle as she works on you. I highly recommend her and the services they provide.

    BEWARE! I paid over $4500 for work done here at Dental Suite Greensboro and financed it through their recommended provider, Sunbit. They received all of their money up front for all the quoted work on the treatment plan, and once all the work was completed they decide to bill me an extra $61 and threaten to send me to collections if I didn't pay it. Again, all of the work was quoted up front, signed off on (with pricing), and the office was paid in full. When I messaged about the charge, they gave no response. I just paid the money so they would stop harassing me. BEWARE OF THEIR SCAMS. ***FIND A DENTIST THAT ACTUALLY HAS ETHICS***
