I've been going to Dr. Cooper for years! I love his professionalism and his amazing staff. He will explain what's going on and ask if you have any questions. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental care.

Conchetta Perry is awesome dental tech. She is clear, precise and friendly. She made my mom feel very comfortable. Dr. Cooper was awesome too with explaining the procedure and what is necessary for her treatment. Great staff and clean environment.

The front office staff has been horrible. I submitted my insurance information to be seen, 3 weeks have gone by and Ive heard nothing (it took 2 weeks to even get a response from their website). I decided to call to check on the status (by this point its been over a month with poor contact) the woman I spoke with, said that the person who runs insurance was in a meeting. She then stated that she can run my insurance, but she was not going to and would wait until the other woman was out of the meeting. It takes about five minutes and thats me being generous to run insurance. I run insurance regularly with my job. I have still not heard anything from this office. Its very unfortunate that the front office staff is so slack. I was referred by some acquaintances I trust dearly, but this has been the worst experience.

I've been a patient of Dr. Cooper for over 7 years now, and he and his amazing staff have been absolutely phenomenal to me. My teeth were in something of a state when I first came in, years of no insurance and no money really took their toll. Now I am on my third crown with him and the first two were 'good'. But they were only good by comparison to his most recent work. This latest crown is nothing short of perfection. If I hadn't of been there when he put it in I'd swear it was a natural tooth! An absolute masterpiece. He and his staff are friendly, attentive, and will do their best to make your dental health as good as possible, and their best is pretty darned good. If you're new to the area, or in the market for a new dentist I simply could not recommend Dr. Cooper enough! Thanks Doc! You're amazing!
