Insensitive to our family living in our home after renovation went past due date. Owner often had angry outbursts and would yell at his staff and speak down to myself and my husband. Nonresponsive after work was done when we tried to follow up regarding MANY things no longer working and short cuts taken even though we were within our one-year guarantee. Unprofessional and not at all customer oriented.

Jonathan and his crew were reliable, kind, professional, and easy to work with. Communication was excellent. We first completed a few small projects with JLand then renovated our upstairs to go from one full bathroom to two full bathrooms. It turned our 100 year old house with small bedroom closets and inefficiency into an updated large ensuite with bathroom and walk in closet and updated the other bedrooms. So happy with all the work and will hire again.

Construction was highly recommended in the community plus, Johnathons excellent follow-up and professionalism, we selected JLand Construction as our contractor. Due to water damage, the bathroom had to be gutted. Johnathon provided a very thorough estimate for work contracted. Johnathon and his crew did a fantastic job on the renovation to our master bathroom. He provided excellent customer service by letting us know when he was in route. If he was running late, he would let us know. He promptly responded to any questions that we had. Based on his experience, Johnathon provided his recommendations and reasons for his recommendations. He kept us updated as to the status of parts ordered, as well as the anticipated timetable for the completion of the contracted work. His crew and subcontractors did an outstanding job. They showed up when they were scheduled and worked until the job was completed. Their craftsmanship was superb. I would highly recommend JLand Construction for any home improvement project.

JLand Construction handled several projects improving our home in Greensboro including a hearth remodel and addition of a custom mantel, interior painting, electrical work, and installation of new light fixtures throughout the house. The crew was flexible and cleaned up at the end of each day. Communication was quick and clear. All work was finished ahead of schedule. The pricing was more than fair and we were not asked for the final payment until the project was complete. Johnathon is the only contractor we would ever use!
