GT Custom Builders renewed our home with a new roof, gutters, doors, windows and a fresh coat of paint. The office staff, including Angie, were helpful and accommodating to us. Each project was handled by a competent team with the same passion as if they owned the home.
GT does not cut corners when it comes to workmanship, material or quality of the finished product. The house had to be repainted because of confusion with the color. We met with the owners and the next day the house was beaming. Service with a smile is their motto.
We did not realize that a roof and gutters were needed until they were replaced. The workers stood on the roof like artists creating a design with the shingles. Neighbors walking and in cars stopped to provide compliments on the end results. Our heating and cooling bills have decreased.
No stone was left unturned. We had damage to the house in some places and a new sheet of plywood or siding was added. GT kept us in abreast of the repairs needed and took care of fixing the item.
The project cost was discussed and agreed upon up front. If there was a surprise repair needed, GT swooped in to handle with no additional fee. The relationship was fluid and special. The payments were expected after the project was completed. We worked with Angie and Shane, sometimes asking for a few extra days to pay. Shane was so accommodating and allowed us to send the check in the mail.
Good businesses, decent people and partnerships are hard to find in this day and age. Choosing GTR as your vendor for any of the above projects is a smart move. Their reputation is strong and their values come through with every project.
Our home now feels like a castle and showcase on the block. We will engage GT for future projects and highly recommend this company to all.
The timing for replacing the windows was impeccable since there was a thunderstorm brewing. They continued to work up until the thunder was heard. Care was taken to pop out the old window, push in the new window and place the seals. What a difference a day makes!
