        My husband and I chose Granville to build our retirement home . It was a custom build , with many changes along the way . It was challenging for all involved, but the end result was beautiful, exactly as we envisioned it to be . All our questions were answered, and we had plenty . Thank you Granville our beautiful home .

        To say they got one over on me is an understatement! Being a retired Marine moving from out of state, they really screwed me and continue to. I moved in 3 years ago and still have a flooding problem. Siding is horrible. Still have tape on the wall from spots they missed and they took way longer than said they would. Make sure you keep all texts and emails because if you don't they don't care and won't ever fix it, even if you did spend you life saving on your house, they don't care! Go elsewhere!

        My brother in law had previously worked with Granville and we always absolutely loved their home, so when it came time to build our home, there was no question we wanted to worked with Granville. Will Yearns was so accommodating to us from the very beginning, going as far as sending us ideas for different lots to consider when we were continuing to have challenges finding one that met our needs, and he extensively assessed so many lots we sent to him to consider - this was above and beyond and meant a lot to us. He had at least 10 in person meetings with us to answer all of our questions, sometimes even after hours, before we even signed the contract. We felt really supported throughout the entire build process and the Granville team made what could have been a daunting process really fun for us. We loved working with Chris Mitchell. He was always so reachable and organized - something so important when working on a project like building a home. We get compliments on our home weekly and are so happy with the finished product and the quality. We would recommend Granville to anyone looking to build a home - we cant thank them enough for all their support while building a home in a volatile year during so many shortages and uncertainties and still keeping us on track within our timeline.
