Floor Shield of the Triad

This business is the best business that I have ever dealt with. They installed a kitchen floor for us a year and nine months ago. The warranty was only for a year. The floor pieces seemed to curl up at the joints. I called Eric and he came out and assured us that he would stand behind the floor and replace it with anything that we wanted. They replaced the floor at their cost last week and it came out wonderfully! We are so pleased that we selected High Point Flooring Center! I would highly recommend this business to everyone, as they do great work and they stand behind their work. We will certainly use them again for all of our flooring needs. Thank you so much Eric for running such a customer oriented business!!

Excellent workmanship! The store has a wide selection of flooring material to choose from. I ordered some vinyl flooring for three bedrooms and could not be happier. The installer showed up when he said he would, and removed all of the old carpet and other materials. Very courteous and professional. The price was within our budget as well.p
