Updated: We reached out to Jennifer and her team again a year later and they offered a great price and were able to schedule is quickly. I'm honestly not sure if the ownership changed or there were other extenuating circumstances, but we have been utilizing their services for about a year and have been pleased with the communication and results. If something is missed, they go out of their way to take care of the the following week. They also have QC visits to check on the quality of the cleaning. Highly recommend Jennifer and her team. 2021: Disappointed that we were quoted a price/package, but when we tried to reach out to schedule, they were not responsive, then finally someone called back to tell us they are too busy and can't fit us into their schedule. I genuinely felt as though they should have honored their quote and moved forward with service. We turned other service providers down and stopped meeting with others because we were planning to move forward with this company. Unprofessional to say the least.

Working with Jennifer Sweeney as an employee was great! Her clear and concise instructions, expectations and integrity were everything that you appreciate in a good manager and employer! And the same for her supervisor staff! Wld absolutely work with her again.
