        Getting in contact with the facility is nearly impossible. Ive been calling the number given to receive information on childcare for the past 2 weeks and no one answers the phone. Im not exactly sure why theyre not answering and with COVID I dont know if an appointment is required to go up there, but at this point I dont know what else to do or who to contact to receive any information being that I just moved to this state. Its very frustrating and annoying, and at this point unorganized and unprofessional.
