        Thanks to a very nice sweet young Lady named Ashley for taking the time and being patient helping me with issues I was having with my phone trying to upload photos to my computer. I've been doing it for many years but for whatever reason I couldn't get it to work. She checked my phone to see if perhaps I had done something in the settings that wasn't allowing me to and wrote down what to do. I went home and did the first thing she had written down and it worked. I appreciate her so much for her awesome help and excellent customer service, I think she's the best. Ashley is definitely a huge asset to this Cricket store they should be very proud to have her on their team, I'm sure they are but she totally deserves recognition. Thanks again Ashley because of you I'm a happy customer and I highly recommend this store.
