        Best AT&T experience weve had in years . Extremely professional helpful and answered all our questions and got us out in a timely fashion most cell phone stores a keep you waiting all day in this day in age its about speed and accuracy and ELLIJAH DID JUST THAT GREAT JOB TO THAT YOUNG MAN N THE OTHER TEAM MEMBER WAS FRIENDLY AS WELL GOOD JOB TEAM

        Chris Jones the regional manager of several stores was there the day I came in to purchase a few devices and change my plan. I was promised a price for everything and quoted on paper, came back the next day and the price changed. I was offered a free set of air pods to offset the cost. I was also promised $800 in promo visa gift cards for adding fiber and Ive been in contact with the store several times and cant get ahold of Chris. I was told be one of the sales associates he will follow up. Chris told me he was going to give me his direct phone number which he never did. Probably because he ghosts people like me and doesnt deliver on his promises. AT&T needs to take a look at their district managers, as I plan to switch to Verizon if this issue isnt resolved.

        I sent an email that was requested by AT&T so we would get what we were promised by Chris Jones. Its been days since I sent the emailed to at&t and I have yet to receive anything. Brennon left the initial 1 star review a week ago and AT&T responded and said email us (which I did sent account name, store address, and affected number) and here I am because one again AT&T business seems to be still in business due to false promises.
