Terrible customer service ! One of the employees is very rude and nasty. Definitely doesnt know how to handle clients with a positive attitude. Rented out a car to us with everything expired on it . The tall light skinned gentleman, Cedricneeds an attitude adjustment ASAP ! He decided he wanted to run us off the road BEFORE business hours and was very disrespectful . I do not recommend renting from them . They let employees take matters into their own hands way too much. No authority at all. Too much comes with it .

If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would. The lady at the desk is a Karen, very unprofessional and rude. The car they gave us had stains all over the seats. And please dont pay daily because youll receive many calls starting from the time it open until you come make a payment. Ill NEVER rent from here again.

Called 2x and asked what was required to get a rental. I get there and now they want proof of residency because I dont reside in Greensboro. Wasted my time completely. Not to mention the black lady in the front was rude. Go to dimples down the street or regional car rental. Theyre cheaper & uphold standard customer service.
