Budget Car Rental

Reserved a car on February 8th, went to pickup at 7:00pm on that day and they didnt have it to I requested a refund back which wouldve took 3-5 business days, I still have yet to receive my refund back for my reservation that I didnt even use !!!!

Wish I could leave 0 rating. Flew in to get compact car seating up to 5 people, similar to Kia Soul and they give me a 2 seater sports cars that I cant use. Tell me no other cars are available. This is the 2nd time in a month this company has left me without a car at time of pickup. Cant bring myself to use this company again.

Do not rent from Budget at PTI airport. Use one of the other available companies. Their customer service is terrible. I was delivered a dirty car, and no one picked up the phone to help me. Had to clean it myself. Now that I've finally gotten someone on the phone, they don't even care. Completely unacceptable.

This was the coolest experience Ive ever had with rental cars! It was such of a fun experience. I will completely do it again every week now.

Front desk person was so rude and unhelpful for no reason. Took them an hour to get my car and get the right car seats. The car was obviously not cleaned and the gas was at 1/4 full (I returned it with a half tank and they still charged me the fuel charge) there were chips everywhere and it was so dirty but I was already late and just wanted to leave. Awful service, will never rent from them again.
