Spiffy

I keep getting the notifications from them. Wasting money. I bought a car and obviously nobody took care of it as I used to do with my cars. I Didn't want to spend hours on cleaning after someone, so I decided to hire Spiffy. I had to spend money and time to clean it after they did. They provided service on Friday and the rest of my day after work and half of the weekend I spent on cleaning, because the level of the service didn't meet my expectations. Sorry, but when you pay 398$ the expectations are high. And of course I tipped the guy before getting into my car. I sent an email to the management on Monday and they asked me for proofs of bad job. I ALREADY FIXED IT! My bad I didn't take pictures, but cleaned it instead. The review with pictures below from Brittney Crandal is an absolute copy of what happened to me, but with a year gap, which means nobody cares to fix the issue. From the email I've sent: On the outside there were bugs marks on my front bumper; The rear door had a layer of dirt where the license plate and the handle is. The windows on inside were not cleaned well. The dirty drops or idk what on the dashboard, inside of cup holders, around the seats, on the vents; the sun visors were not even touched, I opened it and found the dirt there as well. Such a disappointment:(

Drew brought my 4Runner back from the dead.! Literally.. it had been parked under a tree for a year.. He put a new battery in it for me and made that truck look brand new.

Don't use these people if you want a clean car, My car was washed with old dirty water as far as I can tell. They offered no money back but just said they would speak to the tech if I sent pictures into them. Interior had an oily residue that I had to clean off myself. Worst car cleaning I have ever seen. Car was dirtier after they were done than before they started. Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Wheel washing

$200 down the drain. Believe the reviews that you see. Im so saddened by the half job I received with what they call full detailing. I usually get the routine cleaning , but thought to do a deep detailing on my car since it needed it. Boy ole boy was it a waste. Food left in the seats, nugget sauce left in the cup holder, dirt build up left under the car mats, crumbs / food left between the seats. I could go on and on. I was contacted by a tec that asked me when would be a good time for the manager to come out and re clean my car .I gave them multiple times. Welp 5 days later, no reply. They ghosted me. Its so sad because I had to spend my weekend, cleaning my supposedly detailed car. I usually use Spiffy multiple times a month for my routine cleanings, but the lack of concern for correcting a noted issue and then taking someone hard earned money is too much.
