Working with Laura, our designer was so easy. She listened to my needs and ideas for my kitchen and she had some excellent ideas about how to change a few things to make our kitchen more user friendly and flow better spatially. Along the way, she was very agreeable to tweeking the design and very patient as I waded through how many different cabinet pulls and knobs there and all the other little details. She also looked for ways to fit what we wanted into our budget.
Dave, the cabinet installer was super nice and did outstanding work. Our cabinets and crown moulding look great. He was professional, cleaned up after his work and was very time efficient.
I couldn't be more pleased with working with Kitchen Cabinet Worx.

Laura and her team were great to work with from start to finish! We had several delays and field changes that had to be handled as part of a full house renovation but the Kitchen Cabinet Worx folks accommodated all of them and we were extremely happy with the finished product. The house was listed and sold in 48 hours and I am certain the kitchen renovation was a major factor in helping secure a buyer! I highly recommend their services!

From start to finish, my experience with Kitchen Cabinet Worx was absolutely exceptional. Laura met with me to get a feel for what I wanted, patiently answered all of my questions, suggested a very creative way to maximize space in my small kitchen and laundry room, and worked with me so that I could stay within my budget. She provided detailed plans, explained each aspect of the process, and worked tirelessly with my contractor and me. The cabinets were ready ahead of schedule and arrived in perfect condition. Gary, the installer, did a wonderful job and paid attention to even the smallest detail. I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen and would recommend Kitchen Cabinet Worx without reservation. Our experience with Kitchen Cabinet Worx has been nothing but devastating. Once our kitchen was completely gutted and our contractor was ready for cabinets to be installed the cabinets were delivered to our house by KCW. As their installer started to open the boxes to proceed with the installation he informed us that several of the boxes have wrong cabinets- either it was the wrong paint color or the dimensions were wrong. And till the right cabinets come he cannot proceed with the installation. As our kitchen designer placed the order for the right cabinets she informed us that it will take 8-10 weeks for the ordered cabinets to come. In total despair and with an utter feeling of helplessness we made numerous attempts via phone calls, text messages and emails to get in touch with the owner of this business Mr Harvey Brown. Our goal to get in touch with him was to request to him if he can do something or anything to expedite the process and also to hear a kind apologetic word from him. But it was unfortunate for us that we did not hear back from him. At this point I wrote to Better Business Bureau. And after few weeks I received an email from BBB to let me know that the business Kitchen cabinet Worx did not respond to them either. So in conclusion while working with KCW if anything goes wrong forget to expect any communication from them.
Unfortunately it all did not end here. Once the right cabinets came their installer came to work at his own schedule. Sometimes he would come in the morning and at other times late in the afternoon for few hours and then there were days when he would not show up at all without informing us. We faced a great deal of inconvenience without the kitchen and the delays were unbearable and frustrating.
Lastly the business is not transparent and would not share with us the details of the money they owed us because of few changes we made to the project.
The tendency of this business was always to make errors in their favor with respect to the amount of money due to them and when caught apologies and corrections followed but then the same trend continued.
Working with this business was THE worst experience of our lives. Service: Custom cabinet design & installation
