Probably the worst experience and worst hair cut Ive had. I have thick hair with lots of curls. I asked for 3 off plus lots of layers to enhance the curls. I have no layers at all; its all one length. She answered her cell phone numerous times while trying to cut my hair. At one point, I had to go look for her as she disappeared for 20 minutes!! Take 3 off with lots of layers, I repeated numerous times. At one point, she asked me to watch her to make sure shes doing it correctly. Now, I get to take another day off to go get a hair cut that Ive already paid for once. And generally, I have the attitude that it will grow back; its ok. But this experience was just awful. I will NEVER go back to JCP Salon. Just a really bad experience and the lady really acted like she had no idea how to cut hair. I finally asked her to stop cutting.

Ive been going to JCPenney Salon to see Designer/Stylist Anna Wood for about a year and I just love her!!! She is so gentle with me, listens to my concerns and understands my curly, fine and thin hair. Her color knowledge and cutting expertise has helped my hair look the best it has in years!!! So glad I found her!!! Call and make an appointment with her today. I promise you will be loving her before you leave. Thank you, Anna!!!!
