The salon experience was okay to me. The music is a bit loud, and for them to talk really low is absurd how can anymore hear you. The owner was a bit passive when she assumed I did not say Good Morning back which is unacceptable. I hope they do better :)

1. I paid for a consultation just to be told at the end that the stylist (also the owner) was no longer accepting clients. That should have been communicated to me in the beginning and I would've saved myself time and $25. 2. I booked feed-in braids with a trim with that same stylist's apprentice. I let her know I just wanted cornrows not feed-ins but could not find that option on her site. After my hair was already blow dried, I was informed that there was no one available to trim my hair and the apprentice was unable to. This was annoying because the whole reason I booked the style was to get a trim and if no one was going to be available to do it on the day of my appt it should have been communicated to me beforehand and the option to add the trim should not have been available! 3. I was not pleased with the end result of my style because some of the braids were crooked and not uniform with the others. I asked what the policy was in regard to that and the stylist said I would have to talk with the owner. I was also charged $100 for cornrows with NO hair added, after the stylist tried to tell me feed-in braids were the same as stitch braids regardless if hair is added or not....LMAO what?! 4. The owner reached out to me later that afternoon, which I appreciate. I think she has decent customer service skills but her apprentice does not. However, she only offered a $10 refund and asked if I would be willing to come back to have the same style redone, which I eventually refused because it would not benefit me at all and would be more $ out of my pockets. At the end of the day, my experience here was ruined due to extremely poor communication and lackluster customer service. Absolutely will not be returning. Service: Hairstyling
