Re-Bath

Mark was the technician that did the installation of my new shower! He was very sweet, respectful, and I felt very comfortable with him and with his knowledge of the job he was doing. I am very satisfied with Mark's work and even said when I would like to possible have the glass shower doors vs the shower curtain, I would like for him to come back for the install. Mark was very patient with my 4 year old grandson who was very interested in the construction aspect of the job, talked to Mark about it a bit but also had a lengthy discussion about dinosaurs. Mark did not skip a beat or act annoyed and was extremely pleasant and engaging with my grandson. Which I very much appreciated. The only negative I can say was when we were finalizing all the paper work, I noticed a somewhat negative comment about me in the instructions written up by I am assuming the sales rep. Might not want to have that in potential view of the customer. This was not Mark's doing and I think he may have been a bit embarrassed that I saw the comment.

Adam was our installer was GREAT! Very professional and wonderful. Jay was awesome. The bathroom is beautiful
