Very unprofessional and rude! I dont recommend nobody banking with this company! They will close your account without notice!

I've been banking here almost a decade; since back when they were New Bridge Bank. I've always enjoyed the friendly service, and the accuracy and efficiency of this branch. I do wish they were open weekends, but it's not a huge deal; especially with the 24 hour ATM and online services First National provides. Plus, it's a good setup spot for Goodwill each weekend. Also, this branch does not have a coinstar machine; so if you're bringing in change, the coins need to be rolled.

This branch is closed until further notice! A real pain if you are a customer of First National Bank in Greensboro as they only have a couple of locations.

The bank has been decent as far as a bank goes. Although after having some proud issues with my credit card, they put the money back into my account. Then they took it all back out. For what reason who knows but they hadn't taken $367 that is not theirs my account is in the red and when my paycheck hits tomorrow it will still be in the red. I will never ever bank at this place again and I will never refer anyone to it. As far as I'm concerned they are a bunch of crooks and they stole my money. They wouldn't get one star but I had to have a star. Just don't give them your money that's why their businesses are closing plus the fact they have no ATMs anywhere they might have five in the whole state just run somewhere else with your money not there horrible horrible Bank

Everyone there is always pleasant and helpful! Best bank experience of any I've worked with, fully recommend.
