This place sucks. It overfill oil took back made me wait over an hour drained and refilled then overfilled again. Home office had the nerve to say they don't see how thats possible unless someone added more oil. Really. O had a couple people say they had bad service here and the one on Randleman road

Battleground precision use to be one of my favorite place to go now these past its not even a shadow of what it use to be. I went for an inspection and they it felt they did everything they to just get money out of me. They said i should get new tires i ask do i need to past they said no but i allow them to put 2 new tires on and told them to do a regular oil change, next thing I know I'm being charged almost $400. Then they say i need new brakes I asked again do I need it to pass inspection they said no so i told them to leave it and just do an inspection. So after all that now they tell me that my check engine light just came on while they was doing an inspection and that they might not be able to get to it today and they cant pass my inspection after 4-5 hour wait. I asked did they check to see what causing the check egine light to come on because it wasn't on when I been driving it. They didn't even bother to look so i was piss and told them to fix the issue Shanon told me to come back tomorrow.
