      image Great people and friendly service. My car started acting strange as I was coming down Gate City today. I pulled into this Napa Auto and when I did the car cut off. Carter, came out to help me and was so kind and helpful the entire time. I ended up needing to get a tow. Carter made sure that I was helped every step of the way. He really went above and beyond with customer service. I am very thankful that I was in a place with someone so willing to help.
