My grandson had a first appointment here on yesterday and will not be returning. Dr. Joel Louis Gallagher is very unprofessional and stated unneeded information about my grandson's care in his progress notes. He needs to be very mindful of things that he says being that he is a doctor.

Amazing experience with allergy and asthma! I have been seeing Dr Kozlow for over a year now. I changed to this practice after seeing another doctor in town. The old place had a very judgmental and unhelpful doctor who cared more about my Covid vaccination status than testing my allergies. Kozlow takes the time to evaluate all aspects of your condition. Im pretty surprised that this place doesnt have a better rating. The allergy shot clinic nurses are great and work hard but carefully to get you in and out of there quickly. They make sure you are doing ok and to know how the treatment is going. They make recommendations if you are slowly progressing. I wish I could get through my shots sooner but thats on me, not them. :-)

My kids have been going to this facility for almost 5 years I tried to schedule their annual appointment and the lady tells me that they havent been there in 3 years in which thats a lie because my daughter had a reaction last year and had to go there and was prescribed a cream and her epi pen that she gets every year. So then she says well they would be considered new patients ok thats fine then she further goes in to say well we need a referral from the primary care. I just told her thats ok because clearly someone dropped the ball in that office and if thats the case and Im telling you they have been there its your job to dig deeper. This office obviously needs some help and furthermore need better reps to handle situations as such because she was not helpful and to tell me they havent been there in 3 years makes no sense especially when they have to have their allergy form filled out each school year definitely not a office worth going to if they dont even put your records into the system and definitely need to work on customer service skills.
