Adam Shay CPA PLLC

I was referred to Adam Shay CPA to assist with a tax dispute with the IRS. I was immediately assigned to Richard Pasquantonio. Richard did an amazing job making my wife and I we feel like we not only went to the right firm, but were 100% in the right hands with Richard. He did extensive research on tax law precedents, but build an entire case and presented it to the IRS on our behalf. The outcome was far beyond our expectations! I have been working with Richard Pasquantonio with Adam Shay to handle my, what I considered, very complicated taxes being that I have been self employed and got myself all screwed up and Richard is extremely knowledgeable and able to handle any needs you or your business may have!
