        We sat in the driveway for a excessive amount of time and food was terrible. The young lady was sick on her stomach and the food was cold at best. Not ever returning!

        Ordered fish sandwich based on the pictures...not even close. Not a fillet of fish, more like a large fishstick. The bun was fresh and soft so for the price not bad just not what I was expecting. James Earl Jones made it sound so good!!

        They fried my fish super hard had no taste to it and had hardly no lettuce and they special spice on it.

        I would give it a zero if that was an option. I ordered through the app and made sure to have the red ranch sauce taken off, because it may be the most disgusting thing Ive ever tasted. When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker I was greeted with a bad attitude filled withwhat can I get you? Then when I I finally get home and sit down to eat, I check the beef and cheddar to make sure there is no red ranch, and boom! Covered in red ranch. The last theee or four times Ive gone to this Arbys they mess up something with the order. Horrible customer service and worse attention to details.
