I have been with Farm Bureau for 20+ years. I know there are good agents in the goldsboro office and I have never personally had a problem with any of the ladies up front. But after my agent left this office the manager became my agent. I have spent the last year having to stay on top of them and at times doing the work myself. From having points removed that should not have been on my policy, to having my policy cancelled thru NO fault of my own, once they cleared that up I still received notices from the state that my liability lapsed and I owed a fee. I have not personally ever spoken to a new agent. They have only had an assistant help me. And somehow I felt as though she was having to clean up someone elses mess. Needless to say I will not ever give any more of my hard earned money to farm bureau.
In this day of automation and online assistance I believe there is still a lot to be said for customer service.
