We didn't have a remote, TV had no signal. Was told by the front desk that he would bring us one, an hour later I go back to ask about it and he is setting down talking to someone in lobby, tells me he is going to call maintenence and will have him come up to fix it and bring remote. Noone ever came. My kids and I had no TV or remote the whole night. Everything was unplugged upon entering room, all lamps, alarm. Tried to run a bath but there was no plug for water. Next morning I nicely let the front desk know about everything but never did get any compensation for any of this.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. There was a strong weed smell outside. We got to our "non smoking" room which reeked of cigarettes and found the smoke detector covered with a plastic bag (pictured). The toilet rocked side to side and ran constantly, the baseboards were nasty, there was a gross looking water stain on the ceiling, a lot of scuffed paint and a few small holes in the wall. We called the front desk and they were supposed to send someone to check the room, but we never saw them during the next hour that we spent looking for rooms at other hotels. They only offered to change our room as we were leaving. The only decent part of this place is the front desk lady, she was nice and pleasant, and I am sorry that she is stuck in this dump. Rooms: This place should be shut down, it would fail a basic inspection. To toilet was not bolted down, the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag, and it was filthy and possibly molded from the obvious water damage.
