My wife had an appointment with them the staff was really nice but the doctor himself didnt explain what he was doing and it absolutely terrified her. She was inconsolable for 20 min.

I'm not sure how anybody could say the staff here are rude and inconsiderate. I came in for my appointment 15 minutes early with a professional attitude and was treated as such. I was seen on time by Dr. Jobe Metts III, MD, he was very helpful with explaining to me my issue and brought a positive energy to the room. If I had a friend or family member who needed this type of health specialty I would definitely refer them here.

Appointment was at 2:30 and wasnt seen until 4:35. By this time the medicine he was told to take before his appointment has worn off. Then they ask do you have another one. Which they should know he doesnt because they prescribe the one pill he needed. Then after he went back to the back they asked why he took his pill without coming inside and asking if it was OK to take it first. We shouldve known they were going to be behind I guess.
