Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Horrible experience. No one I know or run into will rent from them again. Initial rental broke down and the manager didn't know what the procedure was to rectify the situation. Terrible attitude from everyone I interacted with at the Goldsboro, NC facility other than the shuttle driver. RUN! Run away from this place as fast as you can!

Staff is very unprofessional, bad customer service and bad attitude, no respect at all. How are you going to argue with a paying customer who's expected you to just do your job. Car wasn't clean, made a reservation a week before, got there it was 2 full size sitting in the parking lot but the employees said that the mileage on the car doesn't match with the mileage on their computer and said that something was wrong with the car. What an excuse. I didn't even bother to ask for the other car sitting next to it. Not to mention that my wife rented a car with this company for more than 30 days. I'll just take my business somewhere else.

Wonderful experience at Enterprise in Goldsboro, N. C. Employee Mike gave me a great experience. I would recommend going back. My son HAD to get a picture. Beautiful car.
