Clearly they don't care about their reputation As you can see with all the negative reviews.
Are you kidding me. My wife that owns 2 businesses and works Full time for a vet clinic. takes her day off to do some financial things at your bank . She needs to apply for a larger line of credit for her successful business. What do you tell her?There's only one person in the county that can help her and they are a teller today instead of A bank loan officer. Wow guess we'll take our 50K in deposit a month somewhere else.Thanks for nothing again.By the way we just drove from Kinston because they Said they let their person go that did business loans . F y I just because she's nice about it while she's there doesn't mean she wasn't upset about it.

We got a debt consolidation loan to minimize the interest and the number of bills that we had to pay. Melanie, the bank worker that handled it, took so long processing the loan that we had several late payments and were left with existing interest on most of our accounts!!! To make matters worse, the bank didn't notify us about this and we didn't find out until it impacted our credit!!!! We will NEVER trust this bank again!!!

Looked like a court room..the tellers attitude had me thinking I accidentally walked inside a Wells Fargo..don't expect these people to work with you or be considerate..it's just a 9 to 5 to them..
