The houses are cookie cutter styled and extremely overpriced. Neighborhood is difficult to get out of due to two way traffic. Not worth it for what you pay in HOA fees. No clubhouse, pool, or playgrounds for kids. Nosey people here will actually make a fuss about what you put in your own background. Like a playground, because there isn't one provided in the neighborhood. Wannabe NASCAR drivers speeding through the neighborhood make this place unsafe for your kids to play outside. People move in and out of the houses here all the time. I wonder why.

My friend and her family live here and I'very been asked, "Are you lost or something?" when I'm parking in front of her yard to pick her up to go on our shopping trips. If I come every week and her neighbors see her walking to my car every time, why am I asked if I'm lost? I've even had some people turn their noses up at me because I drive an old 1985 diesel Blazer that puts out a lot of exhaust. It's not even a real gated community if the gate gets stuck up for days at a time where just anybody can come in. Guests can park on both sides of the road and block traffic, but a resident of the neighborhood can't park on the side to where their vehicle doesn't get hit because there's not enough space for 4 vehicles to get in, out, or around each other if they work at various times? Some residents seem nice, but the majority have "I'm better than you" attitudes. Not a place you want to live if you're looking for a family-friendly or non-stepford neighborhood.
