I am so happy I came here!!! Making an appt was very easy, and they were able to get me in quickly. Everyone was very friendly and kind. I was impressed with the staff. They were very professional and attentive to their patients' needs. I saw Cara Scott, and I am beyond pleased with my visit! I'll be going here from now on!

I really love Dr Christine Burns at this office. She has been calming and professional to me. Ive not always had the best experiences with medical professionals giving me the right information. But I know I can really trust her.

I had only ever been to Dr. Burns since I started seeing a womens health physician and I had never seen a major issue until my last visit in March. I was excited to discuss trying for our first child but the first thing out of her mouth coming into the room was your weight is creeping up since your last visit, you need to watch that. I was basically in training for my wedding at that point on a strict diet. I was 18% body fat, 155 pounds and workout 7 days a week - cardio and weights - not to toot my own horn but Im mostly muscle. I had an eating disorder the last time I had visited her and was maybe 5-10 pounds lighter. At that point, I couldnt even speak - I was shocked by the immediate dismissal and the fact she didnt even ask about my diet or lifestyle but weight was her primary concern. She then lectured me about not taking prenatals when I wasnt even pregnant and said I could be harming my future baby by not doing so. She lectured about vaccines I do not want and have never wanted. All around a horrible experience that pushed me to never go back. I found Ashley Womens Center after conceiving my first child and the care Ive seen there has far outweighed anything I ever experienced at Courtview. My mother, mothers friends and I all have seen Dr Burns and weve all experienced weight shaming without even a question about our lifestyles. She is solely focused on that and nothing else when she herself has no room to speak on the matter. Dont go there if youre looking for actual care.
