        Do not use because your car will not get to its destination! After an accident I told the driver to take it to the specific collision center. The next day I called the collision center and they did not have my car. I called the tow truck driver and he said non-chalantly - that yeah he took my car to his tow lot AND NEVER THOUGHT TO INFORMED ME??? When I asked him to take it to the correct location he told me there would be storage fees and additional towing feees. (Of Course) When I spoke to my collision center and told them the tow company didnt deliver my car and could the collision center help- the lady on the phone said - Let me guess - you used Hornes Towing? They do that to everyone so they can get the storage fees Its pretty bad when you have made a name for yourself in the industry as someone who cant do what they are hired to do.

      I guess you forgot to post the WHOLE story which was at the accident once you told us where to take your vehicle to that you jumped into your ride that was there and drove off before we had any contact info other than where to take your vehicle the driver went to collision center thinking you would be meeting him there to pay the bill (which was after hours) no-show if the bill isn't paid it goes to the lot standard with any and every tow company out there you called the next afternoon your statement was oh yeah with everything going on I totally forgot to pay you the vehicle was taken to the collision center there after with in 30 minutes
